FREE TRIAL TERMS

XpandTEK, LLC may offer limited-time free trials for certain Services to eligible users.

30-Day Free Trial – Social Media Planner

New users may access the AI Social Media Planner service free of charge for 30 days. No payment information is required to begin the trial. At the end of the 30-day period, continued access will require a paid subscription. Users will be notified with instructions on how to activate a paid plan before the trial ends.

14-Day Free Trial

By signing up for the 14-day free trial of the Missed Call Text Back service provided by XpandTEK, you agree to the following terms:

1. Trial Duration

Your free trial begins upon submission of your information and lasts for 14 calendar days.

2. No Payment Required During Trial:

- One call tracking number

- Automated missed call text back setup

- Up to 200 SMS credits (non-rollover)

- Dashboard access to view messages and activity

4. End of Trial:

At the end of your 14-day trial, your access to the service will be paused unless you choose to continue by selecting a paid plan. No automatic charges will occur unless you upgrade manually.

5. Acceptable Use:

You agree to use the system only for legitimate business purposes. Use of the service for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.

6. Data Handling:

Any data collected through the system during your trial will be stored securely. You may request its deletion at any time.

7. No Guarantees:

While we provide tools to improve your response rate, we do not guarantee specific results.

8. Limitation of Liability:

XpandTEK is not liable for missed opportunities, damages, or lost income resulting from missed messages or system failure during the trial.

By checking the box during signup, you agree to these terms.

Third-Party Services and Integrations

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Facebook, Google). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of third-party services.

Use of these third-party integrations is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. XpandTEK may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

- You violate these Terms

- Payment is overdue,

- It is required by law or for security reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. XpandTEK does not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XpandTEK shall not be liable for:

- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,

- Any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Services.

XpandTEK’s total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the six months prior to the event.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless XpandTEK and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or post the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
